COFFEE MILLING (CURING) 

DAE Ltd has invested into a modern coffee milling factory.

The factory has Pinhalense machinery with capacity of milling four tones of parchment coffee per hour.

With such capacity the factory can process 8,000 tones of parchment per season allowing DAE Ltd to serve most of farmer cooperatives in Mbinga.

GREEN COFFEE EXPORT

DAE Ltd is licensed to buy green coffee beans at Auction and export outside the country.

With financial facilitation from CRDB Bank the company has capacity to buy and export more than 200 Containers of 320 bags/60 kgs of green milled Arabica and Robusta coffees.

The company has well qualified coffee traders and cuppers to ensure it is able to procure and export the best quality fully washed and FAQ coffees from Tanzania.

SEEDLING NURSERY

Coffee production in Mbinga has potential to more than double if we manage to replace the old coffee trees on farms.

With this in mind the company established a seedling nursery with capacity of raising more than 50,000 seedlings annually.

The nursery raises coffee seedlings and other tree seedlings which are all sold to farmers at a subsidized price.
